March 22, 2013  |  No Comments  |  by wendi  |  Events

Registration is now open for a week-long course in August on “Game Development for Software Engineers”, hosted by MIT Professional Development and the MIT Game Lab (ranked in the top 10 colleges for Game Design by the Princeton Review for the past 4 years). It is aimed at software engineers, technical directors, programmers, and project managers interested in or new to professional game development… especially those now being required to work on games or interactive software for entertainment, including mobile apps of all kinds (games, illustrated books, health apps, gamification apps, etc…)!

The class is almost entirely hands-on, featuring group and lab work, and is designed to have participants creating & evaluating games before the end of the first day!
