Hermes Growth Partners: Hermes Growth Partners (“HGP”) is a private equity firm that focuses on growth–‐stage companies in the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) sectors globally. The firm’s primary objective is to help high–‐potential companies drive growth to create value. The firm is the exclusive advisor for the Canepa Global TMT Fund, seeking to invest $10m–‐$50m into each situation.

HGP brings a combination of long–‐term capital, extensive operational management skills and financial asset management experience to each situation. Current investments include the groundbreaking MVNO Virgin Mobile Latin America; Sunbay A.G., a Swiss software company which has a state–‐of–‐the–‐art solution for data compression, security and control across telco and enterprise data networks; and RingCentral in California, the pre–‐eminent cloud–‐ based PBX solution for SMEs.

In addition, Michael Patsalos–‐Fox is Senior Advisor to HGP. Michael is the former leader of McKinsey and Company’s Americas Practice, North American Corporate Finance Practice and European Telecom Practice.
