Education Entrepreneurship Workshops and Consultants with Russ Siegelman. As part ofedupreneurship@hgse, Russ Siegelman of Stanford Business School and KPCB will spend the afternoon of Thursday, January 10, and all day Friday, January 11 on the HGSE campus working closely in workshop and coaching sessions with students interested in entrepreneurship. Activities are being organized with HGSE J-Term course/module sessions in mind. Group workshop sessions will offer cover topics of general use to for-profit and social entrepreneurs: how to develop and effectively deliver a funding presentation; cutting-edge techniques such as Human-Centered Design, Lean Startup and Customer Development for venture development; sources of funding and how you tap them; practical questions that arise in venture creation such as recruiting, and term sheets. In team consultation sessions students will get feedback on their ventures and suggestions for help and connections.
