PowerPlan is an enterprise software company with nearly $90MM in annual revenue and received a strategic investment from JMI Equity and TPG Growth in 2010. Ben Goodman, Corporate Development Lead, will be sharing the same presentation they use at investor conferences to provide a unique introduction to the company. This will help students understand what it takes to transform a mid-size company for scale and build equity for private equity owners. About 20% of the presentation is the direct result of the work our 2013 MBA interns completed last summer and will provide insights to the impact our interns can have in just three months. We plan to hire two interns to join our Corporate Strategy & Development Team. The interns will be expected to own initiatives that drive organic and inorganic growth and participate in other corporate development activities which are unique to private equity portfolio companies.
