Dafiti (www.dafiti.com.br) is Brazil-based online fashion retailer of shoes, apparel and accessories, founded in January 2011 by Malte Horeyseck (HBS ’10) and three other co-founders, and backed by Rocket Internet (European VC-fund backer of various companies around the world like Groupon International, Zalando, Jamba, eDarling, etc.).
The company successfully established itself as the #1 fashion retailer in its core market, Brazil, and entered various other Latin American markets (i.e. Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico). It was awarded the prize of best Brazilian startup of 2011 (http://bit.ly/ztWV3l).
We are looking to hire ~5 interns to join Dafiti’s team this summer. We have opportunities in Sourcing, Marketing, Logistics/Warehouse, Finance and Private Label (“a start-up within a start-up” that is now launching Dafiti’s leading private label, a fast-fashion brand, targeted primarily at 18-29 year old females and males).
Interns should exhibit have a passion for e-commerce, an analytical mindset and flexibility to work in a start-up environment. Passion for apparel and/or some knowledge of Portuguese are well received, but are not required.
