Position: Product Manager

Product Manager:
Kiwi is looking for a world class Product Manager to join its team. As a Product Manager, you will be in the middle of prioritizing and designing features to entertain users, work with engineers, artists, and UI specialists to implement them, and then lead the analysis to measure their effectiveness. Strong creative sense balancing business and product constraints and ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team are important requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for the design and development of features to improve retention and monetization
- Manage design, art, engineering, and QA processes to ensure features are rolled out on time
- Prioritize projects and help assign team resources accordingly
- Use mobile analytics and tracking to measure app and feature performance
- Identify new features based on user analysis with measurable metrics
- Write detailed product specs to enable implementation by engineers, art, and other team members
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of product management experience for top quality mobile applications, social web games, traditional PC/console games, or other consumer-facing properties. Previous experience in management consulting a plus
- Deep knowledge of Internet products and technologies
- Experience in mobile or social games a plus
- Familiarity with game mechanics and general gaming background a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with and manage multifunctional teams
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
- Driven to succeed with a strong work ethic
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or other engineering degree preferred. MBA a plus
