Summer Opportunity:

The Chernin Group (TCG) is seeking a summer associate for an 8-12 week opportunity. A summer associate will become an integral part of TCG’s small team for the summer and would likely focus on (i) one of the digital media startups or rollups being incubated at TCG, and/or (ii) analysis of acquisition opportunities in the domestic media, entertainment, and/or consumer internet sectors. A summer associate will also have exposure to other TCG initiatives and broader company strategy. He/she will have frequent interaction with senior media and entertainment executives at our film and TV production companies as well as with outside partners and counterparts.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated a strong interest in media and entertainment, and we have a preference for candidates with finance, consulting, or corporate development experience. A flexible disposition and self-starter mentality are essential.
