Job opportunity (immediate start) helping with a media / adtech turnaround investment with Hale Global (founded by HBS alumnus Charlie Hale)

Hale Global is an operational turnaround investor in growth technology businesses.   We are based in New York and Boston, with offices across our current companies in Atlanta, Seattle, Calgary, London, and Gurgaon, India.   We have a 13 year track record of IRRs over 100%.   Not typical financial investors, we win most transactions on the strength of our in-house engineering, product, sales, and operational abilities.   We buy mid-sized growth technology businesses that are either insolvent or deeply challenging for corporate parents, who usually lack the specialized talent (and institutional ability) to turn around their underperforming divisions.    Our transactions are typically either bankruptcies or JVs, where we partner with corporate parents who have invested $100 – $500 million in their underperforming businesses.

We are looking for an addition to our team for a high profile special situation that is an advertising and content-driven internet business.   The right person has  2-5 years pre-HBS in a software or internet business, operational talent in a relevant field, the right personality for turnaround operations, and an ability to work with total dedication immediately.
