[IP] Nasty Gal: Marketing Strategy

December 11, 2013  |  Comments Off  |  by carly  |  Events

Nasty Gal has been known for creating a visually arresting retail environment in the online world, which is closely integrated with customer interactions via social media. We are exploring how we should evolve and expand this environment – a physical format is one possibility. We envision it to be highly experiential and integrated with our online world, and we would like your help in designing it. What does this experience look like? How do we best connect it with our online world through multiple touch points? What technologies/tools will make this possible?

Nasty Gal is a fast-growing online destination for fashion-forward, free-thinking girls. In 2006, founder Sophia Amoruso started an eBay store selling a highly curated selection of vintage pieces. In just a few short years, the shop became an international style source offering both new and vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. Now Nasty Gal attracts more than 7 million visitors every month; these trend-setting girls from around the world are obsessed with Nasty Gal for not only our well-curated and distinct point of view in fashion, but also our fierce and bold attitude.
