As a member of our multinational management team, your role will be fast paced and you will need to apply your 3-5 years of experience within the IT industry to demonstrate impressive sales achievement. Accordingly, you should exercise a hands-on approach and be comfortable with juggling multiple complex projects among internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities:
• Leadership
• Sales
• Managing our subsidiary
• Execute core finance activities including financial reporting and business forecasting
• Negotiate and manage contracts in collaboration with our management and legal teams
• Exercise strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills for strategic opportunities and tradeoff decisions between scope (value in expected ROI) and timing (i.e. longer release cycles
equates to higher operating expense)
• Facilitate U.S. recruitment initiatives
Your Qualifications:
• MS or MBA from a top-tier school
• German language skills and intercultural competency
• Demonstrated leadership in commercial operations, business development and consulting
• Comprehensive understanding of territory management (planning, prospecting, and budgeting)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to embrace change in business relationships
