Product Associate

ZocDoc is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Analyst to join our Product Management team and help manage the inbound flow of new product ideas, suggestions, and enhancement requests. As a Product Analyst at ZocDoc, you will play a pivotal role in organizing product ideas/enhancements, prioritizing those ideas, and helping to drive them to successful outcomes.

You should have:

• Stellar academic background from a top school
• Ability to collect, organize, and narrate the input of many people
• Previous consulting, banking, or product experience a plus
• Desire to work in a startup environment

Bonus if you:

• Have an MBA or other advanced degree
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial drive both in and outside of work

What you’ll do:

• Own the list of product/enhancement ideas (submitted by both employees and customers) by:
  • Building more of a complete spec of each product idea
  • Identifying the requirements for the idea
  • Analyzing the necessary requirements should the idea be developed
  • Identifying the stakeholders involved in building and gathering their input
  • Identifying missing necessary data from product idea and working with stakeholders to acquire it
  • Working with product managers to prioritize ideas/enhancements among the company’s goals
  • Handling response to those submitting ideas and other stakeholders with input into the idea/enhancement
• Add to the list of product/enhancement ideas by:
  • Communicating/meeting consistently with other teams to discover unmet needs in their internal tools
  • Communicating/meeting consistently with client facing teams (sales/customer service) to understand needs of the customer

Basic Qualifications:
