Wildfire is a social media marketing software company positioned squarely on top of the social media revolution. We provide an all-in-one social marketing solution for large brands, small businesses and agencies looking to grow, engage and monetize their audiences across social channels. Our platform has powered more than 200,000 social promotions, and helped thousands of brands manage content and streamline their communications across the social web.
We’ve grown from 8 to 350 employees in just over two years and have been profitable since month 1. We’re looking for a highly inquisitive Senior Analyst to help Wildfire exceed aggressive growth plans for 2012 and beyond. At a high level, this person will:
1) Provide salient insights from the recurring and innovative analysis of our business metrics
2) Work with our CEO (HBS ’08) and VP of Sales to drive corporate strategy
3) Establish a global data presentation framework
4) Grow an analyst team from the ground-up
More specifically, this person can expect to tackle:
1) Devising a cross-functional data strategy as it applies to Executive Management, Sales and Client Services
2) Optimizing our operating model and forecasting strategy to better project future performance
3) Identifying and refining our key performance indicators for Sales and Client Services
4) Re-evaluating and developing actionable recommendations around our subscription pricing models and geographic presence
5) Evaluating macroeconomic data to better inform pricing strategy, sales team organization and market expansion plans
