Overcoming Challenges and Sharing Best Practices

A Workshop for Product Development and Management Professionals
Please join fellow Boston area product professionals for an evening of networking and roundtable discussions to share ideas and best practices about product development and innovation.  Local PDMA members have identified five topics for discussion that represent key issues faced by product organizations today.  With an interactive roundtable format we hope to uncover new ideas and strategies to meet these challenges.  The format for the evening will allow attendees to participate in a lively discussion at two of the product roundtables.

Our roundtable topics and discussion leaders include:

1.                          Building a product innovation culture and helping the organization embrace it. Frank Citrone, VP Business & Product Development, Boston Financial Data Services

2.                          Strategic ideation to maximize the value of the innovation pipeline. Jed Cahill, Director Strategy Consulting, ipCapital Group

3.                          Tailoring product development approaches as circumstances change.  Justin Harper, VP Product Management & Business Development, Open Water Power Inc.

4.                          Building post-sales priorities into the new product development process. Rodger Reis, Manager, PwC Advisory

5.                          Strategies for market incumbents to cope with industry disruption.   Benjamin Little, Senior Director, Innovation, Sutherland Global Services
