Product Manager Intern
Duck Duck Moose is looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our collaborative team of designers, illustrators, engineers and product people.
As a product manager intern, you will have a hand in helping to redefine the way a whole new generation of children learn and interact with media. You will be involved in the ideation, concepting and design for our growing suite of award-winning iPhone, iPad and Android apps. You will also share our love of learning, a strong understanding of kids and mobile interaction design, and an easy-going, fun-loving (and playful) personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write clear concise specs new educational apps for children
- Think creatively and develop experiences that will delight and educate children
- Work with other educators to define underlying curriculum
- Participate in all phases of the design process in a collaborative environment with designers and engineers
- Plan and lead kid testing sessions. Synthesize results and make recommendations to product team
- Define, monitor, and react to key product metrics
- Review and prioritize bugs and features
- Review builds for quality control
- Collaborate with marketing to develop launch and promotion plan
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about creating amazing educational experiences for kids
- Experience in product management, education, classrooms, mobile, kids media, toy design, and/or game design ideal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and to keep track of several ongoing projects
- Strong work ethic with organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- MBA, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education / Curriculum Development or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Design, CS) a plus

- Evaluate and improve cross promotion techniques

Mobile Marketing Intern
Duck Duck Moose is looking for a Mobile Marketing Intern to join our collaborative team of illustrators, engineers and product managers. As a Mobile Marketing Intern, you will be in charge of identifying the best marketing channels to reach potential users.

- Understanding or desire to understand mobile app user acquisition methods, channels and providers (e.g. ad networks, Facebook, Google AdWords, mobile to mobile cross promotion)
- Understanding or desire to understand SEO/SEM
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a quantitative discipline (Math, Econ, CS, Engineering, etc.)
