Typically, students hit a variety of “legal” issues as they begin working on their business plans, from issues around ownership structure, form of organization to intellectual property and tax questions. Through the good graces of a number of local attorneys, we can offer a half hour of legal advice to students/teams working on a business. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please email Alice Moses in the Rock Center ([email protected]) will send you the sign up slots, which will be filled on a first come, first served basis. NOTE: priority for these appointments will be given to students in the MVP and New Venture Competition. If you are not quite ready but will have questions later, please note that we will have another series of appointments available in the late-winter.
